Voucher for HHA Certificate Program with HRA

You can attend Home Health Aide Certification classes without any out-of-pocket expense through the HRA if you meet certain eligibility criteria. ​

Eligibility Criteria

If you meet any of the 3 below requirements, you are eligible for an HHA Class voucher:

​

  1. Between the ages of 18 and 24 and currently unemployed.

  2. Receiving SNAP benefits.

  3. Receiving public assistance, including cash SNAP, and have a small child under the age of 18 included in your case.
